Problema hostgator

Hola tengo un blog alojado en hostgator, en el servicio más básico que tienen, pues me he levantado hoy e iba todo bien y a las 2 horas vuelvo a mirar el blog y nada no iba, pone lo mismo que ahora:

Y claro no sabía que era todo eso :S . Entre al chat de soporte técnico y me dijeron que era por sobrecarga o por un script o algo. Tengo unos 14 plugings de wordpress puestos en el blog, pero están desde el principio y nunca me habían causado problema alguno. Miré analitycs a ver si era por excesivo tráfico y solo tenia 50 visitas durante el día de hoy. Por el chat me dijeron que mirara una web para optimizar wordpress, pero las cosas que salían ya estaban implementadas en mi blog. Alguien sabe como puedo solucionar esto? o echarme una mano? Este es mi primer blog, y contraté ese servicio básico por si iba bien el blog ir mejorando el hosting pero bueno ;S
