Duda sobre whois?

Bune dia,veran tengo la mira en e nombre de un dominio para uso personal, el echo es que caduco rcientement este 4 de febrero de 2012,

al hacer click sobre el dominio en cuestion reedirecciona y aparece la web con publicidad donde un cartel pone "este dominio expiro renovar aqui.

despues al hacer whois en un primer registrador aparece lo siguiente:

porque ponn cosas diferntes? cual de los dos es correcto?, me interesa bastante el dominio, seria recomendable hacerle un backorder?
