I have reviewed the website and I would be glad to convert the website to a Wordpress theme.
With the final Wordpress theme you would be able to add, edit pages, able to add plugins,
and can blog using the post, like any other Wordpress theme.
The quote for the work would be $280.
This includes the home page and the blog posts.

To start the work, I would need an upfront deposit of 40% and the html files, as the work is completed,
I will show you the work on my demo link, and after your satisfaction you can pay the rest amount and request the theme.
