Conexion Remota imposible

Buenas señores del foro, alguien me podria colaborar con este error que no me permite realizar conexion a una base de datos en un servidor externo pero de la misma red, funciona ping, se configuro el sqlserver para que permita conexiones remotas y aun asi continua el error
