Te recomiendo usar wxpython, bastante portable y toma el look and feel del sistema operativo.
Lo instalé pero Eclipse no lo reconoce.
Es decir, lo bajé, lo instalé y luego voy a Eclipse e hice esto

pero no entiendo bien cual es la carpeta que se precisa mencionar

o tendré que hacer esto otro?
