iniciar servicio mysql de xampp

hola gente como estan?

a ver si me pueden dar una mano con esto.. fui a instalar un sistema que termine y como lo va usar siempre en local me lleve el instalador de xampp se lo instale pero no logre hacer andar el servicio de mysql.. un bajon desactive el firewal por las dudas.

que podra ser? nunca me aso la verdad con xampp siempre anda de primera.

la pc del cliente es una bata con win colussus y 512 de ram(no tendria que ser el lio por aca de todas formas)

Leyendo un poco ahora lo que no hice fue probar:

Panel de control-->centro de seguridad-->firewall de windows-->excepciones-->agregar puerto. y aca poner el 3306 de mysql

alguna sujerencia? el apache quedo corriendo bien el problema lo tengo solo con el mysql

les comento fui el archivo:

mysql_error.log

tema que no pude pude solucionar :(

si me dan algun consejo muy agradecido.
