Ckeditor cambiar la barra de herramientas

Buenas tengo puesto un textarea que apunta a un CKEDITOR y no consigue que me muestre la barra de herramientas para poner color al texto , un pantallazo de como lo tengo actualmente es esto , he mirado la documentación y ejemplos por la red y no encuentro nada a ver si alguien me hecha un cable.
