Ya lo tengo solucionado, os comento como me ha funcionado:
He utilizado la siguiente cabecera
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"/>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="Mime-Type; charset=UTF-8"/>
Y he pasado las cadenas a mi SQL utilizando html_entity_decode(). |
