Problemática al implementar firmas de emails

Hola, buenos días:

Os escribo para ver si alguien sabe el por qué de mi problema,

el caso es que estoy diseñando las nuevas firmas de la empresa en la que hago las prácticas y al implementarlas en outlook o en la aplicacion Mail de mac no he tenido problema, pero al ponerlas en los en su crm, el mnprogram, permite agregar firmas a través de un html, pero los links de las fotos me los muestra siempre rotos,

Creéis que no tiene derechos para buscar externamente las fotos? es que no quiero que sean adjuntos, quiero que los emails sean livianos y no tengan spam.
