Error al iniciar Apache

Que tal;
tengo el siguiente problema si alguien puede ayudarme, lo agradeceria...
instale XAMPP sin problema alguno, pero al iniciar el servidor de apache desde el panel de control envia error y no levanta el servicio y envia ésto
