Error RewriteRule: bad flag delimiters, referer en CodeIgniter

Hola a todos, soy nuevilla en estos temas, hasta hace poco realizaba diseño, les comento ahorita tengo un site de fichas técnicas en CodeIgniter que funcionaba a la perfección en un servidor de godaddy por decisión del cliente se cambio a un server de networksolutions, y ahora en este servidor nuevo tengo problemas, no logro pasar de la página de login, ni siquiera muestra un error en la clave.

Revisando el log, me encuentro con esto .htaccess: RewriteRule: bad flag delimiters, referer: http://a9estudio.com/fichas-esosa/login y no tengo mucha idea de que podria estar pasando.
