Warning en Excel

Buen día a todos.
El problema que tengo es este. Estoy haciendo un sistema que suba y abra un excel para sacar datos y meterlos en tablas, pero a la hora de subirlo me aparece el siguiente warning:

y no se si se deba al warning pero no me abre ni saca nada del excel. Espero me puedan ayudar a saber que editar del archivo reader que ahi menciona. De ante mano gracias por su atención y bendiciones desde Mexico.
