Sobre Linux se envía a imprimir un archivo mediante exec("lpr archivo.txt"). Mi pregunta es: cuál es el comando correspondiente para Windows 10 desde PHP 7 y cuál librería es necesaria (si se requiere)?

antes que nada debes de instalar o habilitar el ejecutable LPR.exe
