esa herramienta esta en Fireworks, Corel, Freehand y mas... flash no tiene la herramienta, te recomiendo qe la uses en algun software, digamos Freehand, luego que ya este hecho el attach to path, conviertas a curvas el texto y lo copies y peges dentro de flash..
