Hola, miren, estoy sacando de la BD nombres de las carreras, pero estos nombres contienen acentos, por ejemplo: Lic. en Informática, y cuando lo muestro dentro del select me sale unicamente Lic. en inform tica, lo estoy haciendo con la funcion htmlspecialchars pero no me sale
