No soy un experto en este tema, pero con iptables status obtengo los siguientes resultados:

¿dónde tengo filtrado el puerto 25, como puedo quitar ese filtro?. Además tengo otro problema, quiero agregar un filtro al telnet pero con iptables creo que no lo hago bien, ya que al hacer el iptables status no aparece con DROP.
