Se me ocurre que el texto que utilices le des formato con html usando las propiedades textbox.html y textbox.htmlText

algo asi :

txt1.html=true;
txt1.htmlText="Hola, <b><font size='14' color='#0000ff'>Mundo</font></b>...";
