Problema con el k3b

Ya sé que este tema esta muy hablado, pero la cosa es que no me funcionan los metodos tipicos de los que aqui se hablan.
He vuelto a la mandrake 9.1, he instalado el k3b 0.10.3 y me da estos fallos:

cdrdao does not run with root privileges
cdrdao needs to run with root privileges to be able to access the cd devices and use real time scheduling.This is also true when using SuSE's resmgr.
Solución: Use K3bSetup to solve this problem.
readcd does not run with root privileges
Readcd needs to run with root privileges to be able to access the cd devices unless using SuSE's resmgr with a patched readcd.
Solución: Use K3bSetup to solve this problem.

he intentado darme permisos con estos comandos:

# chmod 777 cdrdao (e igual para readcd)
# chmod +x cdrdao (e igual para readcd)
# chown mantff cdrdao (e igual para readcd)

Parece ir bien, pero al ejecutar el k3b sigue dando el fallo.
Ya he visto que en esta version del k3b viene aparte (un paquete llamado k3bsetup), pero no encuentro ese paquete.
