problema con apache

tengo problema con mi apache, despues de configurar php como modulo de apache. la instalacion es bajo windows. Cuando renicio el servidor apache para cargar la nueva configuracion me despliega el siguiente error:

la version del apache es :1.3.29
el php es: 4.3.4
