si haces clic con el botón derecho sobre el ejecutable del juego, te aparecerá un menú, ahí elige "propiedades", se te abrirá una ventanita, ve a la pestaña que dice "compatibilidad" y ahí podrás marcar la opción de que se ejecute en 256 colores.
