Campo tipo "datetime" en postgreSQL??

Hola, mira:
create table paciente
...
paci_creacion timestamp without time zone DEFAULT ('now'::text)::timestamp(6) with time zone NOT NULL,
...

te crea un tipo datetime, con un valor por defecto
