Como ves al principio del codigo ves lo siguiente
[PHP$path = ".";[/PHP]
entre esas comillas debes anotar el directorio donde esta alojado el script
debería quedar algo asi

El script te falla porque la funcion esta buscando la pagina en el directorio raiz en lugar de estar buscandola en el directorio "cutenews"
