Crear tablespace temporal en oracle 10g

Hola a tod@s! estoy intentando crear un tablespace temporal de la siguiente manera:
CREATE TABLESPACE Web1
TEMPORARY
DATAFILE 'C:\WebFiles\W1_TEMP.dbf'
SIZE 50M
AUTOEXTEND ON
MAXSIZE UNLIMITED
DEFAULT STORAGE (
INITIAL 64K
NEXT 64K
PCTINCREASE 0)
y me dice no se puede crear un tablespace gestionado por el diccionario.
me gustaria saber como poder hacerlo.
