Escritorio en VisualBasic

Tengo un par de necesidades en VB6:

¿Como obtener la resolución de windows del usuario y la profundidad de color?

¿Como puedo establecer un BMP como fondo de escritorio con codigo?

¿Dónde consigo un control de acceso a directorios tipo parte izquierda del explorador de windows, es decir, que fusione en un sólo control el DriveListBox y el DirListBox?
