Ese es mi codigo quiero cambiarlo a español, ya encontre muchos post en el foro pero no pude lograrlo con mi codigo :S

contiene los datos de conexion hacia el foro phpbb3

osea el codigo php "date('F j, Y, g:i a', $row["post_time"])"
me devuelve bien la fecha pero aparece asi: February 27, 2013, 10:30 pm

estaria bueno que aparezca asi: Mié, 27 Feb 2013, 21:30

Si tu servidor lo admite puedes usar SetLocale y si no tendrías que usar arrays para traducirlo tu mismo o buscar alguna función que te lo convierta.
