HOSTING MÁS RÁPIDO y + si hay animaciones Flash

A ver si podéis ayudarme, porque no entiendo mucho de ésto. Tengo una pág. web http://REFLEJO_DE_LUNA.es.fm y la he hecho en el servidor de geocities, del cual no me han hablado muy bien. Me gustaría cambiarla a otro más rápido, sobretodo a la hora de cargar las animaciones Flash. Es que (si entrais) tarda mucho en cargarse la página, y no entiendo por qué. :(
Si entrais, ¿podréis ayudarme un poco y explicarme por qué tarda tánto y donde puedo cambiarme y qué hacer?

El mas rapido que exite actualmente es el que yo utilizo.....
