al abrir el spss me sale el siguiente error :

SI ALGUIEN SABE, POR FAVOR DIGANME , PASO A PASO LO QUE PUEDO HACER , NO SE NADA DE PROGRAMAS Y EL SPSS RECIEN LO HABIA INSTALADO PERO NO SE QUE PASA . LA VERSION ES 11.1 Y MI PC ES WINDOWS 98
