Error de escritura??

Hola gente.

Tengo una página web que localmente anda bien y que en el servidor de hosting da error. Me he fijado y mi frameworks y el del hosting es el mismo. Quería saber si tienen idea porque es este error.

es cuesion de darle permisos a ese directorio que en tu caso es agregar al usuario Network Services
