Problemas archivo

Saludos lo que pasa que tengo un problema en mi aplicación, creo un archivo, cuando corro localmente mi aplicación me crea bien mi archivo, pero cuando subo mi proyecto al IIS, no me deja crearlo me marca error, que es el siguiente:

Access to the path 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\test.txt' is denied


coloco el código con el que genero mi archivo:

Has revisado si tienes permiso de escritura hacia esa carpeta?

Hola para iniciar muchas gracias por responder, bueno lo que pasa que no lo estoy leyendo de ninguna ruta, lo creo en memoria el archivo para después poder mostrarlo, y la verdad no se por que me saca esa ruta de system, es lo que no entiendo, por que cuando lo corro desde mi visual studio no tengo problemas en crear el archivo, pero es cuando lo subo a mi servidor IIS, es cuando tengo los problemas...

Nota: El servidor IIS lo tengo en windows server y mi visual studio lo tengo en Win xp, es donde estoy desarrollando mi aplicación gracias...

El que el IIS y el equipo de desarrollo estén en SOs distintos no es el problema. El problema es que no has configurado el IIS para que te de permisos de acceso a ese path. Es así de simple. xD.
