Problemas con Crystal Reports y VB.net

Estimados Amigos tengo un problema, tengo una aplicación hecha en VB.net la cual se comunica al servidor de BD, esto funciona perfecto pero al momento de crear un Reporte en Crystal Reports me arroja un error

copie las DLL al Computador en cuestión, instale el CRredist y no pasa nada, cabe destacar que en mi computador la aplicacion trabaja perfectamente.
