Problema con tablas en el header

Saludos a todos, quiero usar solamente un swf y una imagen en el header de mi sitio, pero el codigo tiene 3 o mas, y estan divididas en tablas, el ejemplo lo pueden ver en mi sitio: http://www.silentassassin.tk/header.txt .
Para ser mas especifico lo quiero asi: pero no puedo porque hay una imagen de 2 x 314 que se estira y es la que hace casi todo el header... estoy confundido y casi no se como explicar, para eso dejo el codigo.

Muy claro no está
al margen de el hecho de que no deberías maquetar con tablas, la imagen del ejemplo no dice nada acerca de que es flash y que una imagen

si la imagen y el flash están en una misma linea, hacés una fila con dos celdas, si están una debajo de la otra , 2 filas con una celda cada una

Lo que quiero hacer es lo que esta en la imagen, y para hacer eso el header tiene que estar conformado por el flash y una sola imagen que ocupe todo el espacio para yo poder montarle el logo, pero hay una linea de 2 x 314 pixeles, que se expande y ocupa todo el espacio y no puedo montar el logo sobre esa linea
