Problema al instalar programa en Windows XP x64

Buenas amigos...

estoy intentando instalar un programa (uguru) q trae mi tarjeta madre (Abit Fatal1ty AN9 32X), pero me sale un mensaje q dice "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the them" y la verdad es q en la pagina me dice q es compatible con mi sistema operativo Windows XP Professional x64... si alguien sabe como solucionar esto, bienvenida sea toda su ayuda...
