Estilo de formulario

Tengo un formulario que se ve bien en IE pero en Firefox no; quisiera saber por qué, no se si sea el CSS, además cabe mencionar que tengo IE 8 o 9, la dirección del formulario es:

Y todavía no analizo el css
Muchos de esos errores no afectan la visualización, pero otros son decididamente graves. Te sugiero reveas lo que estas haciendo
