Internal Server Error - .httpaccess de vBSEO

Estoy ententando instalar el vBSEO en un vBulletin y cuando copio el httaccess me da un internal server error

Estoy en local, Apache 2.2, vBulletin 3.6.8, vBSEO 3.1.0
