Problema con apache

Tengo un prioblema que me esta volviendo loco con el apache.

Instale en mi pc con windows vista (Ya se, es una poronga pesada y la odio, pero el xp no me agarra toda la memoria y el 7 no me agarra la placa wifi, y linux no puedo poner por que no soy el unico que la sua asi que me conformo con esta pornga de windows), bueno como iba diciendo en el windwos vista instale el Apache version2.2.13 php 5.2.10 y anda todo bien, excepto que algunas veces se pone pelotudo y el servicio se cae y me sale un cartel de windows que dice "Apache Http Server dejo de funcionar y se cerro". no me responde la peticion, pero el servicio sigue activo. ejecuto algun otro escript y funciona es una cosa esxtraña y medio aleatoria, pero note casos especificos donde lo hace siempre. Por ejemplo este script:

este script cada ves que lo ejecuto me lo tira abajo el problema es que el archivo no existe pero en lugar de salirme el warning de php me tira abajo el thread del apache, en linux y en el xp no lo hace.... alguien se le ocurre que puede ser???

les dejo el log de apache a ver si alguien se le ocurre algo... por que busque por todos lados y no encontre nada, lo cual quiere decir o que nadie usa windows vista para esto, o que a nadie le paso.... calculo que debe ser la primera opcion pero bbueno probamos igual, Gracias!!!
