En todas mi unidades aparece esta carpeta "system volume information" sin poder accesar a ella.Aparece la carpeta "recycler"
Aparecieron muchas carpetas duplicadas pero con extension exe ejemplo: tengo en mi unidad la carpeta "fotos" y aparece tambien la carpeta "fotos.exe", esto sucede en todas las unidades y con casi todas las carpetas
Ejecute los 11 pasos para eliminar los troyanos, spyware, virus, etc. etc. luego scaneo con el kasperky online y esto son los resultados:
