Robots me atacan a mi formulario

Muy buenas soy webmaster y he hecho un formulario esta validado y todo pero resulta que me estan llegando mensajes de viagra y cosas por el estilo y creo que existen robots dedicados a ese tipo de propagandas, ok ya he validado para que cuando sea un robot me llegue a mi mail informacion de propaganda junto con el IP y asi evitara enviar emails a las demas cuentas.

OK ya tengo el Ip de estos desgraciados que comenso ayer y hoy acabo de recibir otro estos son la IP:

Ayer = 195.2.114.20
Hoy = 193.46.236.155

Y si me voy a http://www.ip-adress.com

Pongo el Ip me sale que es de un pais llamado Latvia (Riga) y sale un mail spam abuse ok les mande un mail ayer q estan usando su router para mandar spam pero parece q no han hecho nada.

Oh es que tambien puede ser que el IP de estos robots son falsos?
