Sobre los puertos

Hola... nesesito saber como puedo hacer para ver si un puerto esta abierto o cerrado en una aplicacion, gracias!

lo e aprendido solo...
es facil con el Winsock.

agrega un listview1 , un command1 y un modulo

en el form
