Add web reference

Hola,

tengo que insertar una referencia a una webservice que esta en otra red. Mi webservice esta en C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Coloma\WebService_meuPC
y me conecto a el mediante un programa de escritorio remoto. De esa manera no puedo insertar la referencia web mediante localhost y lo intento insertando la ip y me da el siguiente error:

Server Error in '/Coloma' Application.
