Configuracion de ISS

Hola, tengo dos equipos con w2003, ambos con IIS di de alta un nuevo sitio web pero en el equipo donde lo necesito no me corre y en el otro si, ya compare la configuracion y esta identica... el error que me genera al querer visulizar mi sitio es:

La verdad me desespera porque no le veo por donde, alguien podria asesorarme o proporcionar un link sobre configuracion del IIS (crear sitios web).
