No puedo ejecutar "Hola Mundo!" en asp.NET

Esto es lo que me dice el navegador web (IExplorer 5.5) al querer ejecutar un archivo .aspx que se encuentra en un servidor de web. El servidor tiene todo instalado y funcionando (comprobado).
Alguien me orienta en esto?, ya que quiero ejecutar el famoso "Hola Mundo!" y me tira ese cartel.
Pd: he copiado un archivo llamado "web.config" en la carpeta que aloja el archivo .aspx y han declarado dicha carpeta como "aplicacion" en el IIS.
