| muchas gracias jruiz, pero ya he comenzado con la instalacion de oracle10g instant client, ya q me dijeron q se podia hacer.
Tambien estuve averiguando para instalar el oracle9i database y lo que lei fue q como centos es un clon de redhat, solo hay q seguir las mismas instrucciones dadas para Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Server 4...
Ahora, como estoy instalando el instant client, segui los siguientes pasos:
Installation Steps:
1. Download the appropriate Instant Client packages for your platform. All installations REQUIRE the Basic or Basic Lite package.
2. Unzip the packages into a single directory such as "instantclient".
3. Set the library loading path in your environment to the directory in Step 2 ("instantclient"). On many UNIX platforms, LD_LIBRARY_PATH is the appropriate environment variable. On Windows, PATH should be used.
4. Start your application and enjoy.
lo hice todo y ahora mi duda es como puedo verificar si ya termine con la instalacion y comprobarla, espero me puedas ayudar, de antemano muchas gracias!!! |
