Error en PhpMyAdmin 2.4.6

Hola mucachos, necesito urgente una manito.
Tengo un equipo con Windwos 2003 server, y necesito correr unas aplicaciones en PHP.
Para ello le instale el Appserv 2.4.6 y el problema me radica a los 10 minutos de la instalacion. Me sale el siguiente erro:
