Si vos queres cargar las imagenes un Picture Box pones
PIctureBox1.LoadPicture("C:\MATIAS.JPG")
Guarda las RUTAS DE LAS FOTOS EN UN ARRAY Y LAS LLAMAS CUANDO las necesitas.
Sino Usa un IMAGELIST Como te dijeron antes
