ok.......... me sale el siguiente mensaje: "convert no está disponible para unidades fat32"
en definitiva............... no hay solución??????????? o existe alguna chispita de esperanza latente entre vosotros para solucionar mi problema?????????
La verdad que no tengo ni idea del convert, ya que en mi vida lo he usado. Pero veamos que dice la ayuda:

convert /?
Converts FAT volumes to NTFS.
CONVERT volume /FS:NTFS [/V] [/CvtArea:filename] [/NoSecurity] [/X]
volume Specifies the drive letter (followed by a colon),
mount point, or volume name.
/FS:NTFS Specifies that the volume is to be converted to NTFS.
/V Specifies that Convert should be run in verbose mode.
/CvtArea:filename
Specifies a contiguous file in the root directory to be
the place holder for NTFS system files.
/NoSecurity Specifies the converted files and directories security
settings to be accessible by everyone.
/X Forces the volume to dismount first if necessary.
All opened handles to the volume would then be invalid.
Hagamos una última prueba.
Desde el explorador pedile que formatee el pen, PERO especificale que el sistema de archivos sea FAT y no FAT32.
Luego volvé a ejecutar el convert y contanos si funcionó.

NOTA: Si la utilidad de conver es convertir desde FAT a NTFS no entiendo por que haya que poner el parámetro "/FS:NTFS" ya que en teoría solo sirve para eso.
