No inserta Datos en Base de Datos

jajaja ya estas compi;

al momento de publicar la pagina la cual ya esta hecha, si me abre el login pero al momento que le doy Login me sale este error y no brinca a la pagina que sigue, si entiendo lo que dice mas no encuentro la respuesta de como solucionarlo.

Otra es de como le puedo hacer para que el login identifique si es admin o usuario para q asi puedan ver diferentes forms?? yo lo que hice es hacer 2 carpetas dandole permiso a el rol del usuario y asi lo redireccione, cosa que no hace.

Obvio en cada carpeta por ejemplo la de Admin estan ciertos archivos y la de usuario estan otros.
