chmod 777

Hola! quiero subir un reproductor a mi web, pero me pide que de chmod 777 minicaster.xml... alguien me podria explicar como hago eso?? gracias!!
trabajo en Mac, y Cpanel... lo quiero subir a mi servidor, (a mi pagina web) agradezco mucho la ayuda!... dejo algo que me dicen en el "tutorial"

Step 1) Unzip the sonicradio.zip, edit/update config_radio.php file radio details section to your radio informations.
Step 2) Upload sonicradio folder to your website and make chmod 777 minicaster.xml

Open your website http://yourname.com/sonicradio/ enjoy the music with all the players.
Please make sure you have chmoded 777 minicaster.xml file, otherwise FlashPlayer will not work.
