Ahh esque el usar height: 100% suele dar fallos de ese tipo en firefox, y no he tenido nunca que reparar eso ya que siempre evito los iframes.
He estado indagando por ahí y una solución que daban era darle también el valor height: 100% al body y al html. Prueba a añadirle "height: 100%;" a las etiquetas body y html en css, tal que así:
