problemas con DNS

Soy nuevo en todo esto de las paginas web, y estoy tratando de subir un dominio en gratishost.com.ve esta pagina me permite crear dominios .com.ve aparentemente gratis, registre mi primera direccion www.proyectosyconstruccionesjy.com.ve sin ningun problema subi los archivos FTP por FileZilla y todo en orden, pero cuando intente nuevamente registrar algun dominio .com.ve me sale este siguiente mensaje en el panel de control del nuevo dominio (cosa que nunca me salio en con el primer dominio que registre)

"Your domain is not pointing to our nameservers at the moment, so services such as FTP, File Manager, E-mail (and others) will not work correctly. You can find our nameservers at the "Accounts -> Details" section. Please mind that DNS might take up to 24 hours to propagate when the change is submitted."

necesito solucionar este problemilla si alguno podria ayudarme ya estoy desesperado con esta situacion un saludo, buen dia
