Se habla de un problema casi identico al tuyo y se proponen verificaciones y soluciones interesantes.
Concretamente la solucion final, que consiste en utilizar la herramienta chkdsk :
1. Click Start Menu
2. Click All Programs
3. Click Accessories
4. Right Click Command Prompt
5. Click Run as administrator
6. type "chkdsk /f /r" (without quotes) into the command prompt
7. Click Y when asked if you want to schedule the next time your computer starts and hit enter.
8. Restart your computer

Probé eso, pero no solucionó nada, sigue igual.
